Taylor Swift Gives Special Mention to Blake Lively’s Children at Philadelphia Concert

Taylor Swift concerts provide fans with the perfect opportunity to spot VIPs among the audience, and during her Eras Tour stop in Philadelphia on May 12 they weren’t disappointed – Blake Lively made an appearance with her two daughters James (7) and Inez (6). Swift gave them special recognition during her concert, according to reports from fans in attendance.

Swift could be seen saying something to concertgoers in the VIP tent that her microphone failed to pick up, prompting speculation from Swifties about what it could have been and many speculating she may have welcomed James and Inez by name – which appears confirmed in a video shared by Taylor Swift News with this caption: “Taylor saying hi to Blake & Ryan’s children James & Inez whilst on stage!”

After the show, fans spotted James and Inez Reynolds backstage with Taylor Swift; both James and Inez held hands as they waved goodbye to fans.

Swift has long been close with Lively Reynolds and their four children; in 2020 she even used their names – alongside Betty – in her song titled “Betty”. Furthermore, Swift even acknowledged them when she won Album of the Year at the 2021 Grammys!

Swift and Lively-Reynolds family relationships have always been positive, and Ryan Reynolds spoke candidly about them during a Sirius interview conducted in November 2022. According to him, only after attending one of Swift’s concerts did he truly grasp how much she means to her fans.
