Details Regarding Domestic Violence Charges against Charles Omenihu

San Jose police reported that Charles Omenihu engaged in a verbal altercation with his girlfriend which resulted in him pushing her down to the ground, leaving no visible physical injuries but her arm reporting an injury complaint to them.
