On November 13 in Moscow, four victims who had been found dead in an off-campus accommodation were identified as Madison Mogen, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin and Xana Kernodle; reports indicate Ethan was in a romantic relationship with one or both of these individuals.
