Case Filed Against Fake Doctor and IVF Center in Uttar Pradesh

In Gautam Buddha Nagar district in Uttar Pradesh, a case of medical negligence has been brought to light where a 2-month pregnant woman died due to the negligence of a fake MBBS degree holder doctor at an IVF center named Creation World in Greater Noida. The victim’s husband filed a case against the accused doctor and the IVF center operator at the Bisrakh police station, and both have been taken into police custody.

The incident took place on August 19 when the woman received treatment at the center, and her health suddenly deteriorated due to receiving a high dosage of sedative drugs during the process. She died a week later on August 26. The accused doctor, Dr. Priyanjan, was arrested by the Bisrakh police station officials and was found to possess a fake MBBS degree upon investigation.

Further Legal Action Being Taken Against the Accused

The Noida DCP Central, Rajesh S, stated that the case was registered against the operator of the IVF center named Creation World and the accused doctor upon the complaint of the victim’s husband. The accused doctor’s fake MBBS degree is being investigated under the Indian Penal Code, and further legal action against the accused is being taken accordingly.
