Dekalb Marlon King Was Killed Due to Crime
Police are concerned by an alarming surge in crime and murder cases. One such murder that has shocked the public recently is Dekalb Marlon’s; many want to know who committed it and its motive; reports indicate a nineteen-year-old male was shot to death while another person was injured and sent for medical attention at a local hospital.
Shooting Incident and Search for Murderer
Reports indicate the shooting occurred late Thursday night in DeKalb. A youth football coach was driving his daughter to school when he was shot and killed outside his Chicago house, killing one and sending another victim rushing to Rockford Hospital; their identity or condition remain unknown at this time; according to official statements issued following this event, several parties involved opened fire during an investigation process, leading to Marlon King’s death on the spot and two being transported there respectively.

Recent Developments in the Case
Dekalb Marlon was taken directly to Northwestern Medicine Kishwaukee Hospital after the shooting but unfortunately passed away during transfer to Rockford Hospital. Dekalb Police Chief David Byrd confirmed this as the second murder case reported on the north side of DeKalb recently – just last week DeKalb High School freshman Gracie Sasso-Cleveland was killed; her body was discovered in the garbage after family reported her missing the night prior; Timothy M. Doll from 500 block College Avenue was charged with first degree murder as well.
Although no official obituary of the deceased has yet been published, his family are grieving at his sudden demise. According to reports, one of two DeKalb males accused of first-degree murder during this shooting incident has been denied bail by a DeKalb County judge.
